Hey guys just looking into some new head units and I am wondering if there is any problems buying them from the States I mean do they use same FM frequencies etc?

just looking at replacing my alpine unit with a newer one mate. I have a 9n2 Polo GTI and have all the adaptors in place etc already its just that I want ipod controls
