Bluetooth in 2009 Golf

Does it have bluetooth Is a 2009 TDI and owners are doing a road trip in two cars and wanted phones to be handsfree in both cars.

Owner says it has a red MFD and scrolling through doesnt have a "Phone" menu.

It wasn't standard back then.
If there is no phone option then there is no bluetooth module installed.

Only real way to tell is physically inspect and do an autoscan as anything could have happened in the last 10 years but most likely if there is no menu option it wasn't factory fitted.
