Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Vcds or obdeleven in brisbane

    Hi all

    Just looking for someone with vcds or obdeleven around Brisbane who will rent or will help with some programming in my vw up.

    I need to do a bcm swap for a cruise control retrofit.

      PM, me I can help with VCDS. Just need to research what you need coded as I haven't done a BCM swap on the Up! before.

          Mooloolaba isn't really brisbane

          I want to just plug a bcm in and change 1 setting to see if what I was told works. Easy 5 min job for obdeleven or vcds that some one with at home would take a 6pack or a few dollars to do it. For 180 an hour I would just spend the extra few dollars and buy a obdeleven.
