Email Notifications Failing (mostly Telstra)
Hello everyone. Seems there is an issue with Telstra (possible others) blocking email from our server. If you are trying to sign up I would suggest a different email if possible. If you're trying to reset your password and it fails please use the Contact Us page:
Most likely yes, it cannot be flashed direct via the ODBII port.
Requires a 'bench' flash.
So you need to actually visit a tuner, you can't order something like a Bluefin (as far as I am aware at this time.)

Yep, just to chime in, I can confirm that these are a bench tune only. ECU needs to be removed, disassembled, tune flashed directly to the PCB, reassembled and refit to the car. It's not hard to do (for someone that knows what they are doing), and the gains on these things make it well worthwhile.
Like all modifications to a vehicle (including wheels, window tint, bluetooth kits, towbars etc) it could possible effect part of your manufacturers warranty. Bench tuning is no different to port flashing in regards to warranty, both times you are modifying the code inside your ECU.
VW may be able to detect at service - yes. Cost - send an email to info@oettinger.com.au with your details. Warranty? Like all registered & insured tuners on these forums, they will cover some form of warranty. Oettinger have their own:
