I'm sure there are plenty of people that have been treated fairly by ea as well as some that feel hard done by. It's part of business. I know I have loyal regular customers and then I've come across a handful in the 15+ years that I've been in business that flat out tell me to my face that my product is too expensive, im a terrible operator, my product or rubbish, they can get the same elsewhere for half the price, etc.
There isn't much u can do to help those people, they have their minds made up, it's their experience, everyone reacts differently.
I've been more than satisfied with ea and their work. I've had cars serviced over the years from many workshops. Some have been better than others, but none where I can really label as a rort

There are a only a few VW/Audi specific tuners in Sydney
Only 1 has cars constantly entered in any form of racing
With a new venture in an old motorsport this workshop will be the one people will be watching
My car was built exclusively at Euro Automotive and has blown away the competition, yet there is more to come
Euro Automotive also is the only VW/Audi entrant in Superlap
Warwick 2012 Euro Automotive will be there again going quicker everytime the trip is made up north.

with constant record setting and a proud history in motorsport dating back well over 10 years with watercooled VWs why would you choose any other tuner?

Because its the tune which allows modification to the tune based upon the mods I fit to the car

Or are you trying to imply that a workshop that sells downloadable files is all of a sudden a tuner ?

That's what I thought the reason would be.

Which kind of proves my point. Different products work for different people.

There was one "downloadable" tune that performed pretty well compared to some the Recode cars at the recent dyno day. Considering the Recode cars all had more mods (HPFP + intercooler + Fuel pressure valve + custom tuning) it was a surprising result.

More so is that the "downloadable" tune was only a stage 1 and the car only has a down pipe and intake.

Although there were about 5x Recode tuned cars there on the day, i distinctly remember 2x Recode tuned cars in particular. One was essentially the same kw/nm as my car, the other was less.
