Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.
Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.
We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

One of the workshops in Sydney offers these tunes. I can't remember the name of the place off the top of my head (although im pretty sure its Ramspeed) but I have an email from them on my work computer. I'll get hold of the email tomorrow and post it in this thread.
Personally I'm not aware of anyone running a Kraftwerk tune on their car....most go for the "better known" and more readily available tunes from the UK or USA.Last edited by Lucas_R; 04-03-2012, 12:24 PM.

Yes it was Ramspeed in Sydney who offered me a Kraftwerk tune. Price (in April 2011) was $1,394 for the tune + $230 for installation + they needed the car overnight.
It was too expensive and too inconvenient for me.

generic tune branded as their own i assume.....
dont ask, will not answer ... not getting in involved. Its not even tuned for australian fuels .. and for that price, jesus!
GIAC / REVO or worst case APR or DNA.. whatever works for you. First 3 have a "bit more experience" in the field.Last edited by fuzion; 05-04-2012, 02:37 PM.What’s behind you doesn’t matter..

Fair enough. Got the message, tending towards Viezu now. Been having a good read of all the numerous threads on here and they seem good for what I'm after.MY12 Golf R | 5 Dr | Candy White | DSG | 19"Black Talladegas | ACC | RNS510 SATNAV | Sunroof | RVC | BT | MDI
