Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Has anyone had any experience with Celtic Tuning? I'm considering a Stage 1 tune for my Tiguan 162TSI from Zadtec in Brookvale (NSW). Price looks decent (cheaper than APR and Revo at $980).

They are out of the UK. First mention of them I have heard here. Although I did look at being a dealer myself a long while ago.

I hadn't heard of them either but one of the members here recommended them. The only thing holding me back is that they don't have a name here like APR or Revo.

I never actually used them so I am not recommending them as such, I just mentioned them as an option. They tend to do pretty much anything Euro (Alfa/Fiat/Merc/BMW etc) whereas other companies APR/Revo etc are basically VAG only.
