put a base coat of what color you want down, then find a metal flake same color, mix it into the clear and spray, there's a bit more too it, but the flake's in the clear, luckily for me the centers were already silver so all that needed was to find a silver metalflake

The only alternative would be to paint hte spokes the same colour as the car but that has been done so many times already.
