You'd be nuts to change the colour!
    Nothing to see here...

Yeah I agree. I would love to see the arches and mirrors go black, though.

I'd personally pour my heart and soul into it. I've done most of the work on my car on my own/with fellow mates and let me tell you nothing is more satisfying than finishing a big task for the day knowing that you've done something fun or cool to the car!

I'd agree with most and say keep it and restore it to prior glory. It's probably worth it...lol.

Sorry have to disagree with you there Mickey. The arches, mirrors and weatherstrips look great all the same colour as the car.

I'm considering getting all mine colour matched for my VR after seeing those pics now.

              Addition inspiration:
if I had a Black CC this would be the inspiration

              fast road look

Rat look - probably how mine will look for a while as paint will be the last thing I do as I will need it as a daily...ass backwards but it should be OK in yellow oxide

              Racer look

Kooky look - definatley not for my vr6 - but interesting

              ultimate vr6 ? - mid mount ?

Can the mods can help me move this to the restoration forum and out of the tuning performance forum...

              cheers

black on black is a win win situation

and that "kooky" look is like a mk1/2 something i think, not a mk3?

Build thread for the sweet rwd vr6

Pity mine is not a 2 door hatch...

but a nice low pressure turbo vr6 in old yella would be sweet

Wow!, never seen this colour before! Even if you didn't improve its performance etc, just to keep it on the road and running nicely as is would be awesome IMO!

or you could just slap in a 24v 4motion engine, retaining the oem vr6 fwd concept while projecting better tunability in future.

                              hey MattyT

Pickup the Samco hose kit from http://www.namotorsports.net/

I think its was $250 plus delivery to Australia...they don't have any listed anymore

http://www.ecstuning.com/Search/Samco/ has some listed from $300 plus delivery...
