I'd say it has something to do with the aero/widened fender kit. Anyone running it seems to have the MK6R front end.

P.S. congrats going under the minute!

Yes, the load transfer certainly highlights where a wider track and lower centre of gravity can come in handy. It seems to be on acceleration judging by the position of the car in the corner but you would expect this to happen under braking right ?

I did check out a few of those pics, thanks for that.

Loving the A050s, fortunately there were no photos to highlight the big off on that turn earlier, took a little while to get the psi right on these, but once the were right they hook up beautifully.

Looking forward to Lakeside on these now. Just need more power

Back on track at QR to dust off the cobwebs. Did a PB, but need to get corner speeds up. Feeling a bit rusty. I didn't manage to get the wing on, but definitely at Lakeside. Here are a couple of videos. The first one is an iPhone recording as my GoPro wasn't working. It's a 0:59.70
The second one is slower, but it's a GoPro view. I'm not happy with the Medium view. I'm gonna go back to Wide to show more of the driver.

That first one is just of you in a Santa onesie??? ...and you're sideways??? Prefer the second one, much more interesting.

Are you planning on keeping your back seat in for the next event?

Yup, your corner speeds were down quite a bit, turn 2 in the silver polo is 120kph+, compared to your 115kph. That's all good though, work up to the grip levels and all that stuff.

Is your camera mounted to the seat head rests? It's got much less shake than I get from a head rest mount. I'm thinking to build this - Project GoPro: How to record good sound on a GoPro Hero3+ with external mic

Sean, found that thread and cut and pasted link etc.

Currently my mic is positioned in the back away from wind interference and the camera (as per the article u posted) in the middle on the roll cage. Occasionally, I get some vibration noise, you'll here it in the vid.

Nope, don't need a back seat. Too heavy. I'll be sub-60 at Lakeside. There I said it.

GoPro on passenger headrest. It's a solid headrest to begin with. Not much play. And I use the simple pole mount with a thick rubber insert.

Atta boy. Long season ahead, plenty of time to crack sub 60's.

Cheers for the video Al, that's the one i was thinking of. My link was more so related to the brace behind the front seat to mount to camera, though I need to do more work on the microphone placement. My seats flop all over the place so a seat mounted camera has been awful so far.
