i discovered Redbull TV application on the weekend and am quite hooked on it. If you have a tablet or smart phone, the app is obviously redbull centric and has formula 1 videos, mountain biking, motorbikes, watersports, etc, etc. Lots of content. Just watched a short series on the junior redbull F1 team from Daniel Ricciardo's last race in 2010 and through the 2011 season.
Also been watching some of the downhill mountain biking world championships.
You'll need wifi to watch on mobile devices. I've also got an android box which plugs into the TV, it's essentially an android based media player with the same access of a tablet or phone, though for the TV. It's almost replacing free to air.
Oh, it's also available through the apple store, free to download.

I check out the Redbull channel on youtube as part of my daily web browse, the video they put up recently of Coulthard in the older F1 car advertising the Circuit of Americas is pretty silly but a lot of their other stuff is really interesting.
I just finished watching a 2010 documentary about F1 back in the sixties to mid-seventies that channel 10 screened in the middle of the night on the weekend.
Titled "Grand Prix - The Killer Years", you would be forgiven for expecting a sensationalist, expose style piece of tripe but it is in fact a sober, detailed and heart-rendering look at the era when speeds rose due to technological break-througths without any serious effort being devoted to safety. The sheer number of drivers who died in that period is simply staggering and the interviews with some of the mechanics, officials, surviving drivers and in particular, with Jochen Rindt's widow, were saddening and poignant. There is also footage of some of the accidents and their aftermath which makes you wonder how anyone chose race car driving as a career back then.
Hire it, download it, whatever - just watch it. It puts another recent and much lauded F1 "documentary" well and truly in the shade.
Resident grumpy old fart VW - Metallic Paint, Radial Tyres, Laminated Windscreen, Electric Windows, VW Alloy Wheels, Variable Geometry Exhaust Driven Supercharger, Direct Unit Fuel Injection, Adiabatic Ignition, MacPherson Struts front, Torsion Beam rear, Coil Springs, Hydraulic Dampers, Front Anti-Roll Bar, Disc Brakes, Bosch ECU, ABS
I watched it a while back on youtube, an excellent doco and goes some of the way towards showing why sir Jackie is so highly regarded by drivers nowadays.
