Door handle

Hoping someone can help me reinstall door handle. Had to remove it to replace lock module. Now can't get it to lock back in.
Anyone, any ideas?

Push the end cap in, and do up the screw.

Hopefully you haven't completely removed the screw and damaged the locking cam for the end cap.

I've tried that, but it's just sloppy...
End cap screws all good.
