Carpet - please help

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone new where or how to purchase a piece of carpet to match the black/slightly greyish original carpet in my 9n3 Polo GTI?

I'm needing about 1.5m x 1.5m to fit the entire stripped out hatch.

It needs to match the factory floor carpet in colour because the factory stuff actually goes under the rear seat bench that's now gone.

Do VW actually name or have a code for the different carpet types?

Any help appreciated.

I doubt you will find the exact same colour but im sure you will get close to it. What about this place?

otherwise you can buy rolls of grey carpet off ebay and cut to size. Also Bunnings have a range of automovie/marine style carpets. And could also be worthwhile trying any car stereo shops in your area as they use carpet for covering sub boxes etc too.

They are one shop next to Archefield airport (Brisbane) which selling all carpets for cars, buses, vans... and material for car upholstery.
Try Google it and I will try to find address for you.
