    Hey guys just seeing has any1 tried this? IE using a raw fabric piece of carbon fibre with a kit to layer over parts?

    If so any tricks etc?

    There's good diy's around of people doing this. However it's on interior panels.

    My guess the problem with using the actual fabric is to get good adhesion the surface must be rough.. Better off getting the panels wrapped in 3M carbon fibre stuff.

      Hayden, plus looks like that 3mstuff just looks like carbon fibre it actually isnt carbon fibre

        Yeah. It's not real stuff. But you can stick it over the top and peel it off when you want without damaging paint. Assuming this is on exterior panels?
