Didn't take the old girl out in the rain. So only thing she has gathered is dust !. But she will be getting a clean anyway as it's a long weekend for me. I'll get some pics

Date posted ... 7pm yesterday. Its now today (without mentioning day names haha). Still no pictures? You hype us up, and you don't have anything to show! Haha!
Looking forward to seeing them, maybe we'll get a few up again shortly!
Used the foam loan today with some MINT APC. Actually foamed up really well, was just washing one of the work utes that was absolute filth! Should have taken a photo! Anyway, worked a treat. Let it sit and dwell for 5 and then washed off, repeated and used a (****ty) sponge to get the last of it off!
...wasn't going to use the good lambswool stuff i use on the skoda
So had a go on this dirty machine
Hadn't been washed in about 3 weeks.
Sprayed it on, left for about 5 mins or so then pressure washed it off and it came up fantastic.
I mixed up about 2cm of supa snow foam+ and about 2cm of autoglym (going to get some more duragloss carwash soon) car wash topped up with warm water.
Really was easy to use and fun.
I'll get some more pics when get my camera back and wash the other toy.
Can anyone recommend a reasonable pressure sprayer to buy that is reliable, with wheels and at least 5m hose? There are many out there and they get varying reviews on other websites. I'm interested in a brand that will attach to the snow foam lance.
a make, model and rough price would help heaps....
I just bought a Kärcher K2.360 on the weekend ($248 from Bunnings, $319 from Supercheap, easy choice, haha).
It has a 6m hose and two lance attachments (vario power and dirt blaster).
After washing three cars with it on the weekend I would say it is very good, although maybe a bit more power might be handy at times. I expect it to be up to the task for my needs, though.
I also borrowed a standard Kärcher foam nozzle and used it with non-diluted AutoGlym detergent. It actually foamed up pretty well, but it used around half a bottle (150ml+) per car. For the final car I diluted the detergent 1:1 with tap water and it still worked reasonably well. Although I do think the snow foam lance would be superior.
I was also considering the Gerni Classic 125.2 ($299 at Bunnings) which has a bit more power and a similar range of included accessories (including a foaming nozzle). The build quality of the Gerni felt a bit better to be honest. I asked the Bunnings guy for some advice and he tended to think the Kärcher would be the better choice. I'd say picking on colour preference is probably just as good a method to choose. Accessories for Kärcher gear is much easier to find in retail stores.
The snow foam lance discussed in this thread can be purchased with attachment to suit either Kärcher or Gerni products.
