Ah, Corey. This could be the smoking gun. I have used nano sealant and dodo shampoo and a nano shampoo. But maybe this is enough to create the problem. Should I APC the door jams? Or just wipe it with a chamois as you did? Cheers, Stu.

Using some APC on the door jams will help get rid of any wax/sealant faster than a chamois alone. I found it helped a lot.

Mine has has settled down now, either that or the squeaks have become white noise.

I agree... do the APC on the door jams to resolve the issue asap

I don't use any products on the door jams. Just plain water and a chamois.

Sorry, I wasn't clear: I didn't treat the door jams with anything. However, Corey suggests that it may be roll off from waxing and shampoo.
