[VIC] Recommended motor trimmer - Mk6 Golf R seat repair

Drivers seat on my 2011 Golf R Mk6 has worn through (seems like it's a common problem) - wanted to ask for recommendations for a great 'perfectionist' motor trimmer - anywhere in or around Melbourne?

VW quoting $1,400 plus labour to fit a new seat back..so keen to find an alternative.

Did you ever find somone to repair/retrim your seat? Im in a similar position with our Multivan, VW can only provide complete seats, not the fabric cover apparently making the cost nearly $4k for the front pair of seats...
