Where we can find service schedule or history?

Hi All,

Since we don't have a service book, where can we find the schedule service or what they are doing with 15000km service, 30000km service etc.

Also, what they've done after the service or I want to see the service log.

Can we access this online or I need to call dealer and get a copy to print?

Another question, do we get free rotate and balance for each service?

extra: I've got service recall 91Q4, I have no idea what is this about.

These are all questions your dealership can answer for you.

Service history is a tricky one if you're not the first owner. There are privacy limitations with this.

The dealership fills out a check-sheet that is attached to the invoice. This outlines the service schedule, and what was done.

I think you can download the "My Skoda" app on the phone and put in your VIN number. You can select "Service History" from the app to display the service details and print it out to file if required.

Actually I haven't had any services done yet. I just assume that would be the logical place to be in. Looks like they haven't done it very well
