Duel Mass Flywheel - Octi II FL - DQ250

Hi guys,

2009 build MY10 vrs tdi, DQ250 6 speed wet clutch. 64000km.

Under warranty / good will it has recieved:
New clutch pack fitted mid 2013 (did nothing).
New Mechatronics July 2014 (fixed clutch control issues).

I now have a rattle emanating from the transmission that’s getting worse quite rapidly. Only at idle, goes away with the slightest throttle.

Reading all points to the Duel Mass Flywheel – couple youtube clips show same noise.

Question: anyone needed a new DMF?

new clutch pack from mid 2013 are still under warranty. mechatronic is still under warranty. take it back to them and tell them you want it fixed.
