Some tyre loadings - not looing very good for wide 19":
      255/30/19 91Y
      245/30/19 89Y
      235/30/19 88Y / 87W
      225/35/19 88Y
      225/40/19 89Y / 93Y

The Golf guys are using 235/35/19 (it fits in the front wheel arch)
      Options for that tyre are:
      Continental ContiSportContact 3 - 91Y
      Continental ContiSportContact 5P - 91Y XL
Continental ExtremeContact DW - 91Y XL
Dunlop Sport Maxx RT - 91Y XL
      Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 - 91Y XL
Michelin Pilot Super Sport - 91Y XL
      Pirelli P Zero - 91Y XL
      Pirelli P Zero Rosso - 91Y XL
      Yokohama S.drive - 91Y XL
Bridgestone Potenza S-04 Pole Position - 91Y XL
      Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 - 91W XL

It will depend on your offset, tyre size and ride height

In NSW you are not allowed to increase rim width by more than 1"
You may impact your insurance cover or even get defected (unlikely?)

Next problem is the tyre size, to keep the same rolling diameter you need 255/30/19
That's an odd size, may be hard to source, will cost a fair bit more than the stock tyres,
they will spray dirt down the size of the car, they almost certainly will rub

225/30/19 will give a 0.7% diameter change - will be stretched on a 9" rim (but is a legal tyre/rim match)
        235/35/19 will give a 1.5% diameter change
Those sizes are bmw 335i sizes. I thought its 2 " will be the max you can upsize without being defect. 225/35/19 should be fitted wuth 255/30/19

Total tracking may be 2" wider - hence 1" wider wheels each side
