Just picked up a new VRS wagon, blue, 19 inch wheels, black pack, tech pack, the only one I could find in NSW. Went to 5 dealers.

On the road VRS Octavia wagon auto, race blue, MY15, 10/14 build, with tech pack, black pack, $46K from Macarthur Skoda Narellan NSW.
Which is about 2 hours from my place. As I say I had to hunt for it, and it was the was only new blue VRS wagon I could find in NSW. Here it is below with company logo added, it is my company car.

GWK, you are quite right and I removed the reference to 19 inch above. I took the black pack option and it came with 19 inch wheels. But I was worried about the larger wheels as occasionally I am on dirt roads and visiting building sites etc; it is a company car I will use for work most days and I thought I might be buying trouble with speed bumps etc with the 19 inch pack? The ride seemed harsher, so I went back to normal wheels, even though described as 19 inch black pack on my sales invoice.

Dumb move? I need a good looking workhorse rather than high maintenance show pony was my reasoning. But I am still conflicted.

ADR612 can't be "thou shalt deliver as promised within a reasonable time frame".

But the product is good. Feels a bit more special than my Subaru which cost over $10k more nearly 10 years ago. No comment on the drive yet, haven't had much of a chance to stretch its legs other than to give it one good squirt before SWMBO told me to do that when she and the kids aren't on board.

I reckon if you paid for the 19's you should have taken them. Someone on here would happily have swapped their 18's for them with some cash your way.
