Interesting, Thanks guys. What a strange issue, I would have thought that the vents for air pressure would have been large enough on most cars these days. Maybe there is a way to fix it?

Not sure if anyone has seen the latest brochure. I downloaded it today and the 7 speed DSG has wet clutch for the 103 tsi? The brochure that I had from last year had 7 speed dry clutch DSG.

I had the same buffeting issue on my Superb wagon recently....the first time ever. I did have a full car with 4 passengers and luggage and the blower on full. Thought the tailgate was ajar, but stopped and checked no. Switching the climate control to Auto fixed it...cannot reproduce the issue driving solo...I think the vent shutters may be too stiff and under certain conditions oscillate causing the low frequency buffeting...

Hi guys, I've been following this thread for a while, just lurking in the dark places. Congrats to everyone who is finally receiving their cars after such a long wait in most cases.
I am going to assume my car is on the Tongala as well, dealer is expecting delivery 20th Jan with delivery 'late Jan'.

I hope I am one of the lucky 'quick' deliveries since I ordered mid Sept.

Nope. They're all storm damage.

Most cars auctioned on that day are brand new so they have come either from dealership yards or holding yards

Glad you mentioned Bryan Byrt, since they were closed down whoever brought their dealership does not appear to be trading yet. Skoda site only lists 4 Queensland dealers. Anyone know anything more on this subject?

Nothings happened at their mansfield service centre, drove past on the weekend and no signs off any kind of work inside for possible new owners etc. Renault sign has been removed as that was taken over by Cricks @ springwood and Keema took over Isuzu

Apparently the Tongala is due to dock in WA on the 15th and NSW on the 22nd so you will probably be in the middle somewhere.
