Well its an obvious rip off of the British site, but I really doubt there is enough Skoda enthusiasts to keep it viable. Most Skoda buyers in Oz I see, are more likely to be reading a Bowls magazine than posting on the "web".

I dont know how you have time to surf as well as post on the web when you should be out practicing your bowls and reminicing about the price of beer 3 years ago.
If people didn't start forums of any nature and had no enthusiasm for anything then valuable information resourcws such as vwwatercooled would not exist. They all started somewhere.

Look at the majority of posters in the Skoda section of VW water cooled , you will see they are vRS owners. Car enthusiasts , yet I m sure the vRS genere isn't the highest selling model in the Skoda lineup. The average Skoda Yeti, Superb,Octavia buyer is not an enthusiast, to them Skoda is just a step into the Euro car market.Unless Skoda can become a viable mainstream brand the Auskoda forum will fail due to a lack of participants, 50 or even 100 members aren't enough to keep a forum going.
Oh by the way, I find time to surf everyday, have never played bowls and I think it was $4.20 for a Schooner of beer 3 years ago.

Do you mean to the night meet, sorry I work arvo shifts or to "Auskoda" ? There doesn't seem to be anything going on there that isn't happening here. I ll pop in for a look now and then.
