I notice there is a tab for an owner's portal on the website. What does it enable and does anyone use it.

Yeah the tab has been there for about 6 months and nobody I know of has been able to get it to do anything.

I emailed Skoda last week to correct my address details (now former dealer hadn't noted my change of address when looking at my license), and asked about access to the owners portal at the same time. They advised me that it was not currently functional.

My dealer didn't even give Skoda/Volkwagen my details. I only found out when I checked when the roadside assist expires. They had no record of a car with my rego... All fixed easily but it's not something you should really have to check...
