Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

I emailed Skoda last week to correct my address details (now former dealer hadn't noted my change of address when looking at my license), and asked about access to the owners portal at the same time. They advised me that it was not currently functional.Brilliant Silver Octavia Scout 2010Comment

My dealer didn't even give Skoda/Volkwagen my details. I only found out when I checked when the roadside assist expires. They had no record of a car with my rego... All fixed easily but it's not something you should really have to check...Comment
