Very interesting that when I specifically asked the dealer I purchased the car from if the RS comes with hill hold, his reply (and I quote) was: "our DSG's are advanced now and therefore don't need it". Hmm.....

according to the my11 brochure (now available on skoda oz site....finally!!), the rs has "hill hold control".
doesn't state for "DSG only" either, implying the manuals should also have it.
hill hold was not mentioned anywhere in the previous my10 brochure.MY17 Superb 162TSI, Business Grey, Tech+Comfort Pack, APR ECU+TCU Stg 1, SLA, Rieger Splitter + Side Skirts, Eibach Pro-Kit Springs, Hardrace Swaybar, TPMS

I am assumung this is Hill Hold, even though I was told at least twice by different dealers that my car would not have it.
It also appears when setting off that the brakes are applied slightly which i also think is part of the HH system.MY11 Octavia RS; 2.0 TSI DSG; Liftback; Sprint Yellow; Sat Nav (standard Fit now); Front Parking Sensors; Supreme Onyx Leather; Bluetooth and Alarm.
