We were watching Top Gear last night, and my wife seemed quite interested in the Yeti - although we have no need to land an R22 on one.. Too small for our one car family though.....

Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.
Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.
We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

A week in Tasmania and only saw one Skoda - a new Octavia sedan. Man, those people really are missing out.
Today in Woden, I saw a blue RS wagon cut from the right hand lane in front of cars in the left lane to do a quick left hand turn up Hindmarsh Drive. I know we all want to attract attention to our beautiful cars, but possibly there are other ways!MY15 Octavia Scout TDI135 Moon White Tech Pack Panoramic Sunroof Polar wheels

I see so many of them in the Penrith area now. There's a nice Blue VRS that lives across the road from my mate in Emu Plains. Like looking in the mirror when I park up at his place.
Saw a nice charcoal coloured superb at Emu Plains station this morning. My wife commented it looked really classy like a Bentley or Roller. High praise! Probably a little off the mark, but the Superb probably has better leg-room!

Yes indeed Bobski and MarkVRS, it seems that a few more locals have cottoned on to the values of the Skoda brand and have wisely put down their hard-earned on Octavias and Superbs, fantastic to see.
Bobski I think I've seen you once when you pulled into the driveway across the street, damn fine looking car you got there! Also seen your RS wagon along Russell Street with what I assume is your other half behind the wheel??
