Parked behind a pre-FL white Octavia Elegance TSI Combi in Balmain on Saturday. Same day I saw a black pre-FL Octavia Liftback, a Europcar silver FL Octavia Elegance Liftback and a Superb Combi Elegance TDI in Lane Cove (which demonstrated it's self-park ability - very nifty).

But the best part is that my neighbour is, I think, a waterboy of sorts for the NRL Wests Tigers and he gets a Hyundai iLoad van as a company car. It's gone in for a repair job at Paul Wakeling Hyundai and he got a Roomster FSI as a courtesy car! How fantastic to have two Skodas on my street (for however long it may be).

Ironic that Paul Wakeling don't even sell Skodas anymore though...

Last two days

Black Superb Elegance Combi Tdi parked in Donkin St West End on Sunday - visiting friends commented on how beautifl it looked ...

Navy blue Octavia Tdi hatch beside me at the servo this morning ... asked the owner whether she was happy - "best car we have ever bought" was response ...

I am surprised sales figures are not better because I see a Skoda or two on the road in Brisbane more days than not ....

Saw a silver superb sedan in the car park at **** smith on bell st preston this evening.

Yesterday about 4:30-5:00, a black octavia wagon citybound on the Eastern Freeway. He would have had to have seen me as well.
Today about 4:15, a silver Octavia wagon heading south on Grange rd.
That's 3 days in a row for me!
I also saw a facelifted Octy sitting outside my place last night and this morning-a courtesy car while mine was having some work done!

4th day in a row-white Octy sedan turning off Commercial Drv onto Advantage Way in Dandenong Sth about 12:20 this afternoon.

Followed a Blue Octavia vRS LB home from Williamtown airport all the way over to Industrial drive and today he was sticking to the speed limit. The other day i coudn't keep up with him without risking losing my license and thats the last thing i want.......

I work at the Williamtown RAAF base and there is a Black pre F/L Octavia Wagon, and a white Octavia hatch on base, haven't seen the Blue RS but i dont go over to the airport side much.
I took my RS back to Steve Jarvin for some trailer wiring issues and a roof lining problem, looks like I'll be heading down the freeway next week for some parts replacements. Elec control box for the wiring loom, and a complete new roof lining, but that has to come into the country yet.
Oh and i did see a Blue RS wagon near heatherbrae that afternoon, so looks like there is a few starting to get around the little city of Newcastle

When mine actually arrives in December (thats another thread - Problems with Dealers) we will have to see if we can organise a meeting in the Newcastle area and maybe attract some of our Sydney enthusiasts up to this end of the woods. LOL

Black F/L sedan on ummmmm-Market St? Sydney about 5:30 yesterday. might have the St wrong as I'm a lost Victorian, but I was standing outside the QV biulding at the time.
