Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Slightly better angle on this pic, shows the rims off a bit better..

this is now on, Mk3 Cupra back box. Gives it a little more burble.. looks heaps better than the hidden pipe too..

Looks the good mate, really mint(and not just the colour!!) The rims and spacers really set it off. Love the number plates too!!

lol... number plate was bought by one of my lads while we were at the show where the pic was taken (GTi International) I also bought one (just says Mk2 GTI on mine) just to stick on when at shows ,saves having to delete the plates when sticking pics up

Jeez, looks like its been over a year since I was here...

well the car hasnt changed too much, (yet, although Im collecting stuff together/hoarding, but dont tell the wife ).. did a black vinyl roof on it early last year, then enjoyed driving it around for a while.. in august , went over to the 'International' Seat meet in Germany (European more like ) and took in a trip to the Nurburgring whilst there as it would be rude not to seeing as we were only 50k or so from there got some pics of the weekend and will sort them out ans stick them up

Sooooo.... been an absolute age since i posted on here, Car has now been sold on a couple of years ago (after i had been across Europe in it to attend the 1st international Seat meet in Germany and did a 'ring trip whilst there as we were only roughly 50k away from there so thought it rude not to), i ended up getting a mk2 golf which is my toy hese days. Still have the Mk4 Ibiza as the sensible option.
