2006 Audi A4 S-Line

Hi,

I have a 2006 Audi A4 S-Line that seems to have a Transmission problem. It runs fine in full auto mode but when selecting sports mode or tiptronic mode, selecting these modes just leaves it in standard auto mode. The paddles shifts don't work and several transmission status lights remain on in the dash such as P R N 1.

Any ideas?
