Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    New Transporter owner with off road interest

    Just bought a T5 Transporter to do up as a hybrid work/recreation vehicle. Really interested to learn about how to do them up for minor off road work.

    Coming from a Nissan Patrol I've got realistic expectations, but with no big trips planned I'm selling that and bought a 4motion T5. Looking forward to easy trips with just a little bit of off-roading!
