The time had come to replace the family chariot.
I'd been thinking about an Octavia RS Wagon, but in the end the new Superb was too hard to pass up.
The extra body & interior size is notable, and I'm a sucker for gadgets, so that was an easy sell
It's a 206TSI in white. If the 140TDI could be had in 4x4 I'd probably have leaned towards that, but I'm certainly happy with the Petrol motor!
Now to teach myself how to care for leather, and get used to the petrol price cycles again after the last few years of glow plug life.
