Hey guys, I'm along time lurker so thought I should get on board and join the VW online community properly.
I have had a few 'dubs in the past, a 103tdi Tiguan, 125tdi Passat highline. Oh, and a stock standard '96 Passat 2.0 petrol (when I lived in Germany) that managed 200km/h on the autobahn which I reckon is bloody impressive from that little motor!!
I have always had a 4WD and the wife had ownership of the VW's but the tables have turned and she has the fourby for hauling the kids and I need a small runabout, so.... I have just picked up a 2008 Golf 2.0tdi Pacific...and I'm keen to extract a few extra ponies out of her. Ill prob go chip, exhaust, I/C and suspension and am open to all suggestions.
