Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Newbie from Brisbane Southside!

    I have just bought my first watercooled Volkswagen!
    Its a Mk1 Golf, with new everything, with a few modifications along the way !


    I came here to look for parts for it, and get some inspriation off others Mk1's so here we go!

    Lots of great MK1's here, either cruising or being built.

    Start a thread in the MK1 section, looks like you've got a few things you can tell us about your car.

        Thanks.. its very cool. I have only ever had aircooled Volkswagens before this, so its very cool for a more modern car!
