Cabrio Mk3 1999 Passengers side Control Arm Removal

Hi

First time post and apologies if this topic has been covered elsewhere but I couldn't find aanything in forums.

I need to replace passengers side control arm bushes on my 99 Mk3 and I am running foul of the sump when trying to remove the inner mount bolt.

I've read that undoing the rear engine mount and lifting the motor might help but not sure.

Anyone have any tips on how to solve my problem?

Managed to get bolt out by undoing rear passenger side engine mount bracket undone and jacking up the motor.

Was a bit of a challenge - had to remove battery to get good access.

Was very close fit once motor and transmission were lifted - 0.5 mm in it lol
