NSW 2001 Polo 1.4 16v

Hi all, this is my first post! i have a 6n2 polo in the garage at the moment with bent valves...i have decided to keep it and get a second hand engine put in....that was until ive just been reading about repairing it instead!

Any thoughts on the matter?
