NSW Puzzled by logo

Had problems first trying to use this site.
Since then I have a strange green circle attached to the VW logo for all my post's.
Any meaning?
How to remove?

Basically it means you personally have posted in that thread

There is no way to turn it off, it just is.

It's not a glitch, the system has a different icon for the threads you have posted in, the idea being that you can look down a page and see which threads you have posted in and which you have not, thats what the green dot indicates.

The main icon will still be black indicating new posts or grey meaning no new posts, just the green dot will be overlayed (or not) as appropriate. The icons are individual for each user, so you will only get the dot for threads you have posted, others will only see the dot for threads they have posted in.
