Looking to stick a poll

Is it possible for me to stick a poll on the forum? I looked around and can't figure out how to do it

When posting a thread there is a tick box at the bottom to insert a poll, which comes up after you hit submit.

If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.
