can anyone recommend car wash on the northern beaches of sydney where I can wash my car with my own buckets and use their HP sprayers?

Buy a HP sprayer mate. Car washes recycle their water. Fill a bucket up with one of their HP sprayers and check out the amount of dirt in it!

You may as well wash your car with a sand blaster!

That's correct in regards to the Mk4. There were only 200 sold in Oz.

Of which only 198 were actually sold. One fell off the boat when it was being loaded in Germany. Another was in a warehouse fire in either Sydney or Tasmania (may have been repairable though as I don't know the full story there). I've also seen one or two more which are write offs at auction which may have been repaired and put back into the market.

Thanks Treza, I have always thought 200 were sold, but actual numbers still on the road would be less with accident, write offs and the 2 that were DOA.....
