Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Joining as a new to me 2018 V6 Amarok owner. Which will be used to tow my caravan or boat. Very happy with the performance so far, after a week of ownership.

    Hi and welcome. Great choice of ute in general, but particularly for towing. They have effortless torque, smooth and refined engine and transmission and are so much nicer than the 4 cylinder diesel utes (Hilux/Triton etc).
