Hi guys, I drive a 2013 polo 6r gti auto DSG 7 speed. I'm having a pretty weird problem, when I really drive the car hard it is perfect for about 5kms(after that I suppose it starts to really heat up) then when I drive it is okay in 1st and second but in third at about 3000rpm I loose power(still accelerates but not with the power it usually does) Once I stop the car and start from first again the cycle simply repeats. I have plugged my obdeleven in and see there are two faults with the tranny(clutch 1 and 2 "clearance too small") after I clear these codes the car is fine and the codes don't appear again but the problem still persists. Do you guys have any suggestions, please help me out I'm going crazy here.

Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.
Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.
We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,
