Hi,
Thanks for having me and as per the title I'm an Oldie - been involved with vW's since 1969 when I learnt to drive in my Uncles VW Type2 Twin Cab & first car was a 1962 VW Beetle. Move on through the decades and a variety of Type 1, Type 2 and T3 Watercooled VW's + a Golf VR6 thrown into the works.
Newbie as now have a GTI 40 Years MY17 6 speed manual
which I picked up 18th December 2019 from Glenn Reid the Product Manager @ VAG and more recently a T-ROC 140TSI Sport 
.
Hope to be able to contribute and learn some things about these water cooled VW's.
