Hi guys!
Just recently joined this group after 2 years of snooping for technical info. I initially had a 2001 Golf Mk4 1.6L GL that I fixed up, and have recently bought a 2001 Mk4 GTi 1.8T. SO right now I have TWO Golfs (OMG!). I already have a Ramair pod filter on its way for the GTi and am looking at a downpipe and a flash tune in the next few months.
Looking forward to talking with you all, and maybe seeing a few at a meet up!
*edit* I also have a question for anyone browsing this section regarding Secondary Air Injection systems. It's my understanding they reduce smog from cold start ups. Is it possible that some Australian models came without said pump? I have scoured the interent but have not had any luck finding a definitive list of engine variations from country to country. (My engine is an AGU)
