Heya Team!
Local to Bathurst, family run around is currently a 2015 Polo GTI, thinking of upgrading it to a Golf R 7/7.5 and getting a tow hitch so I can run my Mountain bikes around

Sister has a Golf 7R, had a go in it the other weekend and decided I need one ASAP haha.

Welcome aboard. I’d love to get a 50mm square tow hitch adaptor added to my Golf Cabriolet, not because I want to tow anything but because I want to attach my current bike rack (square mount). Sadly, from what I understand, the factory tow bar isn’t available in Australia. I don’t really even need the wiring kit, just the ability to add a bike or two. (There is an option for things that mount to the boot lid, but I really don’t want things griping the body work if it can be avoided). Plan B, take the Multivan instead.

As for you, the R will be a huge fun upgrade I’m sure…. Although an expensive solution to take your bike around
