Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Newbie from Melbourne

    Hi all, came across the forums from a google search. Here because I am looking to buy a 206tsi wagon in the next few weeks. Looks like there is a heap of info here, looking to forward to buying one and being an active member!

    Currently driving a Suzuki Grand Vitara which will become the "leave at the train station" car once we buy the Passat.

    Welcome and best of luck with the purchase. Just remember that VW model year is changing over in the next month so you can either look to score a good deal on a MY18 spec car or get one if the first MY19 cars.

      Thanks. Trying to find info on the my19 to see if it's worth the wait and extra money, but can't find anything beyond the sedan being discontinued.
