Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    SA First time VW owner and really enjoying it

    Hello VW family. New poster, Can call me Bubs I picked up my 2007 dark blue polo gti last week with less than 50000 kms on the clock. It has been perfect so far and performs amazingly. It has been my first time driving a turbo and a Euro car. From daily driving a very modded Honda Vtir my whole driving history. (cars still going strong at 320000kms and I was due to upgrade. I cant help myself but too also want to mod and get a little more torque out that big 1.8T in that tiny 1100kg chasis. So I will hopefully be heading straight to stage 2. With a few supporting mods. Very happy and excited to be apart of the community.

    Welcome. That's a very low km car for 10+ years old!
