I have an annoying squeak on the passenger side front window that squeaks seemingly in sync with revolutions of the internal mechanism. It only seems to happen in hot weather when something in there expands; it disappears at cooler times and at night. I have sprayed WD 40 in the tracks and it made no difference. Everything still works fine , but it is a mild annoyance. Should I just put up with it, or is there a need to remove the door card and dabble internally?

The squeak is likely due to heat expansion affecting internal components like the window regulator, especially since it disappears in cooler weather. If it's more annoying than problematic, you can leave it, but removing the door card and lubricating the mechanism with silicone grease could solve it.
