I'm planning to pick John (Golfer) up from Redcliffe in the morning and head straight for Tambo ... planning on being at the pub by about 11:00am.

Yeah ... we're leaving later than others (probably head out of Bris by about 9:45) and drive straight to Mt Tambourine.

It was great to catch up with you guys at Currumbin this morning; small turn out but a good one! Ryan, thanks for organising the cruise and great to meet you!

Well I drove down for the meet at Currumbin nice early with Glenn tagging along behind me. Was a nice but quite boring drive down the M1 as usual.
It was a bit dissapointing that only four of us could be bothered getting up early to go the meeting point. But not to worry Ryan twisted my arm (very hard of course) and convinced me to go on cruise. It was lots of fun and had some great sweeping "decent" speed bends as well as a few twisty bits.
A big thumbs up for Ryan for organising the route and not going to fast so I could save my brakes.
There was a much better turnout at the Hotel at Mt Tambourine though and it was good to meet some new people even if we didn't get to stay long. Sorry I didn't say goodbye properly either as I had to head back to Brissie as well as getting some petrol.
