Oh I don't know if the driver of the silver Jetta is on here. I meant to see you before I left. I was following you for a lap or two and noticed smoke coming from your right rear wheel. It didn't look (or smell) too groovy so you might want to take a look at it

i'll be bringing the s3 next time though i think, loved the way the little r32 takes the abuse but not quite there with braking or traction of the s3...

Thank mate, I have a look because I have 2 passenger in my car and getting rubbing the side wall with the guards.

The back was lower by 50mm and did not put a block to limited the suspension travels.

Thanks everyone for a great day. Mk4 felt strong. Tire pressure went from 38 to 45 psi during the session. So crazy. If anyone has photos they would be great to see.

There's been a red one for sale at a used car yard near Coorparoo for about $6000, it's been there for ages. A couple of times I've considered walking in and offering them $5k and just having it for something to play around with. Pretty cool little car.

+1 for sharing video/photos, I had the best of intentions to get in-car camera set up, but the camera wasn't being kind

Most things usually are cheaper than an MTB. I remember that the servicing on my duallie was always more than my car!

Special thanks to Paul for the ride in his toyota 86 ( great car). My megane rs265 had a little damage from coming off the track at the mid week sprints.

Ah that was your Renault... I was hoping to see how the Scirocco compared on the track. The Megane RS was one of the top contenders when I went new car shopping

I think the Scirocco and the RS265 would be quite similar on the straight. But Megane is quite a weapon on the track sneaky fast. Did you drive one before?

Yeah I did test drive one. 99% of my driving is peak hour Brisbane traffic, so the nice interior and overall refinement kept me in a VW. But I still have a soft spot for the Megane.
