I'll bring my OBD11 if anyone wants to do some tweaks on their cars.

Thanks for organising it Paul, I had a ball. I was very impressed with how the Scirocco went for a stock standard car, much better than my mk6 GTI (even with the mods).
Can't wait for the next one when I get around to getting mine tuned etc...
      Hope everyone else had fun.

What wonderful weather. I'm sitting at home, annoyed that I couldn't make it!

I had a great time out there today! Kudos to those with mega fast cars allowing us in slower ones to overtake. My new tyres were great on the track and didn't turn into goo after 15 minutes like my old ones did. No GoPro footage from me this time as my GoPro did not want to record anything

Again, thanks for organising it Paul.

Thanks to Paul for organising an awesome morning! First time at lakeside and first time throwing the S3 around a track! Was good fun getting it out for a cruise around a wicked track although I was still very nervous even putting this thing on a track haha! Will definitely be at the next one at QR!

Was an outstanding morning. Squib didnt disappoint, he chomped some 98 though....

Great catching up briefly with some old faces and meeting a few new ones too.

A year off the track is quite a while....

Was yours the older red one? That little thing was quick man! I was chasing you for a bit towards the end but my brakes started to get a bit spongey so I called it a day and went in

**EDIT** sorry I just looked at your build thread link...yours was the silver one... got it

There's been a red one for sale at a used car yard near Coorparoo for about $6000, it's been there for ages. A couple of times I've considered walking in and offering them $5k and just having it for something to play around with. Pretty cool little car.

+1 for sharing video/photos, I had the best of intentions to get in-car camera set up, but the camera wasn't being kind

Had a great time [emoji106] and the family wagon loved it! Thanks for organizing the day Paul, happy to pay more next time if we had the opportunity to increase the track time?

I had an absolute blast. Has to be the best fun you can buy for $35.00. Thanks again Paul for going through all the hassle of organising everything and everyone.
